Honesty
We will always tell you the truth, even if it’s not what you would like to hear. We have never charged anyone for a service we didn’t provide, and never will. If your reproductive cycle isn’t going as we would hope, for whatever reason, we will tell you immediately.
Process integrity
Every step of your treatment, from the Doctor’ s office to the IVF Lab on to the OR, will be taken with the utmost care and utilizing the most proven and advanced methods, equipment and materials available. Every time.
Involvement
We will do everything in our power to ensure you understand your particular diagnosis, treatment options and possibilities of success, along with any facts required for your informed decision making. You will always know what’s happening and why, and will never be left guessing or having to seek answers elsewhere. We don’t only speak doctor, we speak patient as well.
Coordination
We will collaborate with your local doctor to share diagnostic information, treatment options, process results and any other information relevant to your particular case. We strongly believe good communication with our foreign counterparts is critical for achieving and maintaining high success rates.
Safety
You will only be subjected to those tests and procedures that prove necessary for your diagnosis and treatment. You will never be misinformed to force any given decision, nor will you ever be compelled to undergo any procedure without your full, fact-based consent.
